I had ripe plantains and some chayotes i had gotten from shoprite and no clue what to do for dinner, so i pulled out my tico recetas ( i got it at the airport) and whipped up these babies, if anyone wants recipies leave a comment since its all in spanigh i have to translate for ya'll. in the meantime hope your mouths are watering:
