13 weeks

Fingerprints have formed on your baby's tiny fingertips, her veins and organs are clearly visible through her still-thin skin, and her body is starting to catch up with her head — which makes up just a third of her body size now. If you're having a girl, she now has more than 2 million eggs in her ovaries. Your baby is almost 3 inches long (the size of a medium shrimp) and weighs nearly an ounce.
Your fetus is forming teeth and vocal cords... savor this, their non-functional phase. Baby is approaching normal proportions, with a head now only one third the size of the body. Intestines are in the process of moving from the umbilical cord to baby's tummy. (Much more convenient.)
We saw Dr. B on friday, well actually we just had our NT scan and it went great, everything is looking wonderful and I'm measuring right on. The neck fluid measurement was 1.9 awesome numbers they want to see anything below 3. We also met with a genetic cousnler just to reviw all the test we had done and anwser any questions we had and assess any risk based on family history, bottom line our is low to none for any genetic illness. She said that our risk has gone down to less than 1% of having issues at this point. Also in other exciting news I am officially off of the Prometrium!!!! shots are always going to be there but its a small prize to pay for a huge reward in the end. Our appointments are now once a month. Its nice to be considered normal for now. Also the cervical length is good and Dr.B doesn' think i'll need a cerclage at all. I'm so excited to be out of the the first trimester and to know monkey is normal and healthy and ours to keep!
And now some pictures of monkey:

waving hello!
